Who are we?
CITYSTATE PROPERTIES AND MANAGMENT CORPORATION is a boutique real estate developer under the ALC Group of Companies; its first venture into the leisure development industry. CPMC, a joint venture of Filipino and Singaporean investors, was incorporated and registered with the Security and Exchange Commission in March 2007 with an aim to develop and deliver a mixed-use development in Nasugbu, Batangas.
About our founder?
An advocate of service, development, and innovation, Amba. Antonio L. Cabangon Chua founded the ALC Group with the welfare of his fellowmen in mind. Taking into consideration the needs of every Filipino, from the time for birth to the end of one’s life, Ambassador ALC established the companies addressing such needs along with his trusted partners and other investors. Each company has a rich history that tells of the founder’s struggles and triumphs while establishing it until it became stable and successful, with the help of his children who are the successors of his leadership.
